What are Socratic Cards?
Socratic Cards are a collection of curated questions designed to encourage deeper thinking and more meaningful connections. The Socratic questions in Socratic Cards are typically short, fun to answer alone or as a group, structured as A/B questions for easy voting, and tie to future real-world decisions. The Pro Edition also includes activities, which can be performed as part of a structured leaddership growth progression.
Is the Conversation Edition a game?
The Conversation Edition comes with simple rules to play it as a game. But as with Trivial Pursuit, any game mechanics are optional.
What is the difference between the Conversation and Pro Editions?
The Conversation Edition is designed for social settings, friends, and family. The Pro Edition is tailored for leadership, team building, and professional coaching environments. The Conversation has 50 questions, the Pro Edition has more questions and challenges.
Can these be used for remote teams?
Absolutely. While they are physical cards, they are frequently used in digital spaces to break the ice or facilitate structured brainstorming during video calls.
Are there instructions included?
Each deck includes instructions. More importantly, players will develop their own style of participation. Becoming a good Socratic host takes a few plays, but it also transfers to all parts of leadership.
